Treatiung the missus- what to cook
Discussion
Looking for ideas of something to cook the missus to celebrate a special occasion!
Consider myself a tecnically accomplished cook, and have most tools available. However i usually tend towards french cooking so have cooked in the past:
Beef Wellington,
Potatoe Dauhinoise,
Guinea Fowl Pot au Feu,
Langoustine etc etc
Problm i have is that most of my food tends towards the heavy, and usually ends up with us on the sofa asleep, rather than in bed (if you get my drfit)
Soooooooooo, im' looking for ideas for truly delectable food, which is filling but not too heavy, but also offers something different.
not fussed about what the food actually is- we eat just about anything (apart from calf liver which i detest)

Well, this isn't particularly fancy or challenging, but I got shines after cooking it so might be worth a go?
