Iphone connectivity

[glencooley]

Hi Guys

Wondering if you could help please. I have just bought a 2001 E46 coupe that came with the car kit and the satnav/tv system.

The connector fits my Iphone (the connector in the center console) but does anyone know if this will allow calls to be routed through the car audio.

Im not bothered about music but handsfree making and recieving calls would be nice.

I did a search but most of the other threads were useless or silly with the typical "get it mapped and it will solve your problems etc"

Thanks

Glen
