It doesn't wear as big as the raw numbers suggest. I have pretty stick-like arms and watch size is a big deal to me (and also good for my accounts, since the recent fashion for 42+ mm watches pretty much cuts them all out of the game for me). For example, I was dead set on buying an IWC doppelchronograph (for the complication - wasn't interested in the normal IWC pilot chrono - if you're going to hack about a 7750 then you may as well do it properly, heh) but had to stick the card back in my wallet when I tried it on and found it wore *far* too big. And the IWC doppel is 'only' 42mm, according to IWC.
However I also have an orange Monster, which I can quite happily wear without it 'feeling' far too large. It's a chunky watch, for sure, but the headline number is on a diagonal between 10 and 4 o-clock and this make a big difference compared to if the crown was at 3. Also the bracelet is sturdy but low profile enough to work on slim wrists (it hinges back directly from the watch, rather then poking horizontally out and making the watch appear larger, as per the IWC aquatimer chrono, for example).

Works out at around £262 + taxes.
I think they are Japenese market only, so finding one in this country could be a bit tricky. Still worth checking the usual watch forums, though.
