Great to see Transmitterman flying the wedge flag at Virginia Water Meet today. I think the only wedge there unless I missed some later on. Sorry i didn't get the chance to say hello, but did have a nose around your SEAC - it does look good in white. Mine's off the road at the moment, a bit sick, so was there in the boring car on dog walking duties! Hope you will be able to get to the monthly pub Southern Wedge meets at Windlesham.

Yes, the only wedge there.

Where did you get your wheels refurbed and did they need any work done to the outer rims.

Mine are in a terrible state and 8 1/2's are too rare to let them get any worse.

I've found a shop in Byfleet that says they do splitties but have yet to find someone that's used them.

Windlesham's a little out of my patch but point me to the dates and location and I'll try and pop along.

I should manage the next Ace meet which is near where I garage the car.

I was quite lucky in that the wheels came looking quite shiny when I bought them. They were originally Tuscan racer wheels and had been in storage for a long time. I haven't had to refurbish them yet so I can't help with recommending a good company.

Some very nice cars there and a strong TVR contingent.
