Anyone work for T-Mobile..?

Hello. I worked for them about 5 or 6 years ago when they were one 2 one. They still use the same systems etc what info do you need?

T-mobile is much better at customer srvice than O2, vodafone, 3 . I know Orange is really good but you just justify the cost

I was with Orange for 9 years. I had one problem, and that was resolved quickly, effeciently and I was given a little amount of recompense for my inconvenience.

Wish I'd never left...
