We were travelling south on M6 on Saturday and a Silver (Reg OPY 671G), what i thought was a vixen came howling past us, had roll cage in, and a few stickers on, so pressumably the owner either races or sprints etc. Sounded absolotuely glorious
The rear lights were the circular type, like were on the old cortinas. My wife thought it was an early Griffith from those lights. can anyone tell me what models those lights were put on, as i am sure that i have seen a early vixen with circular lights.
Just need to settle the argument

It had twin exhaust pipes, and by the sound and speed that it was travelling at, must have had a V8 installed.
By the time i had tried to catch him,he was leaving the motorway at the next exit, so couldn`t get close enough to him.
Just wish i had spotted him a bit earlier in my mirror.
