Identify a car

Evening all, I have been meaning to post these for a few days as its been bugging me that I didn't recognise the badge.

It looked z4'ish but not quite and the badge isn't BMW, I followed it past BMW UK thinking it would turn it but it didn't.

Anyone else seen it around ? any ideas?

Looks like the new Z4 Convertible/hard top. Yuk.

I've seen it (and an english registered one), I think they look good in real life.
