today I sold my elise. it a sad day. I have owned it for just under 3 years and enjoyed every moment in it and it has proved to be very reliable never failing. yes I would have another but my current position means that an elise is not the right car. so to the nice guy who paid a deposit i hope you enjoy as much as i have.
and what has replaced it a Mazda RX8 231, not an elise but still a fine car

I promise to take nice care of it. I have cleared a nice dry space in my garage with a nice soft pillow to rest its head on at night. I will give it a cuddle and a kiss before I turn in...

Thats assuming you actually let go of those keys... lol.

Snap... just over 2yrs... 2xS2's.... now in an RX8 PZ. I feel your pain. Elise was an event every time I went for a drive, that the RX8 can't match.
However, RX8 is a good drive if you take Elise out of the equation, well bolted together & prices are just silly cheap just now.

I can see me getting a cheap S1 in a year or 2 as a toy however.... lol..
