Can anyone tell me the difference between a 2002 and 2003 model 911 C4 Coupe?

The facelift model came in aug sept 2001 which would be a 2002 model...for the 2003 model year I beleive they fitted a different Cd player a CDR23 rather than the previous CDR22 option of £70 over a radio cassette.

The other change would have been a different PCM2 sat nav phone thingy,,,this was an update over the previous dvd PCM1 version. Either way the PCM was about £1800 option.
So no real changes on a basic car you would still have to add an changer to both CD players anyhow.

Thanks Clubsport, very useful. Did the screen size change for the navigation system, and were there any other upgrades or changes to the car or to options for the car between 2002 and 2003?

slightly different screen, and set up size is restricted etc...not much change in options list at all.from 02-03 i think rainforest green and meridian silver, went from no cost options to the special colour option list..yipee! every cay you see will have different options fitted anyhow...just buy what you want and don't buy a car with no options on it or you will struggle to find buyers later on...pcm is ok,too expensive in my opinion, and will be obsolete as technology improves....do not buy a car without the 10 speaker sound pack,,,this is £350 as an option but as a new dash & panels are required to retrofit this,it costs 10x original price if you want it done later,,hardly economic!

I am sure that Meridian silver was still a standard colour in March 03.
The Cd player in 03 cars was connected with an optical interface, so if you didn't have the autochanger factory fitted -- and you want it, it will be a problem later. That's all I know ...
