Swedish SEAC and stamp

Just reading November '93 Sprint which I managed to acquire via ebay, there are a couple of pics of a Swedish 450 SEAC, unusually it is fitted with an SE rear spoiler. Also would it have been lhd as this is not shown and if so how many lhd ones were produced? The car was also featured on a Swedish stamp, with a value of 4.50 SKr, how many other TVR stamps have there been?
