I’m about to do a complete suspension rebuild (to standard spec) on my Tasmin 200 FHC. I’m just looking for confirmation that the front wishbones are Cortina units. Presumably the upper and lower ball joints and the wishbone bushes are Cortina as well?

The back end feels very odd as well (it seems to steer when you hit a bump!) so where can I get new bushes or trailing arm mounts? It’s not an ‘A’ frame rear end on it.

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think Steve Heath or RT racing should be able to do you bushes.

Also depends on interest, I'm going to do mine any way, as I have a spare set. and that is do a Powder coated exchange set.
It would work out to be about £100, this would include an acid clear and stripe, zinc coating, then powder coating. you could even specify the colour.

My back end felt very odd too!

Trailing arm bushes are what you need.

Got mine from from RT racing.

I think that he can pretty much supply all you need.

(I also got my Poly bushes for the front from him thumbup )

Thank all. I was going just to try the new dampers but when I had a look at the bushes and the state of the wishbones I think I'll just do the lot then its done.
