central locking playing up

The central locking on my 2004 cv8 monaro has started to play up. Sometimes it opens and shuts like normal, but sometimes one door opens and the other door doesn't and seems to change which opens and which doesn't. I did have a clifford alarm fitted approx a month ago and had deadlocks fitted. I took it to the place i had the alarm fitted but when i showed them it was working fine. I have got a 3rd party warrenty which i took out when i got the car but do i go to Vauxhall to have it looked at, go to Monkfish or go to the place that did the alarm?

It seems to have cured itself. I was off sick last week so i never drove it and i assume that the alarm drained the battery enough so that their wasnt enough power to run the deadlocks i had fitted.
