Anyone tried a VW dealer

Mirros are said to be from a VW Corrado so glass Could/should fit

No, I haven't but I would try someone like http://www.gsfcarparts.com/ or http://www.volkspares.co.uk/ first, they have to be cheaper than a dealer?

Yes,

I replaced both my T350 mirror glasses on my T350 a couple of years ago and they are off a Corrado. Think they were about £12.00 at the time.

Yep they are off a Corrado and are available from Halfords (stick over the original glass ) for about £6.50 each . They have to order them for you and take about a week

How do you remove the mirror glass as I have a silly wide angle one on currently which is rubbish and I don't really want to stick a cheapy over the top.

push glass in on the inside as far as it will look behind glass you need to look
for a black plastic clip/hook and very gently prise /wiggle using a long thinscrewdriver its a bit difficult to explain but when you look you should see what i mean
