X308 XJR New Battery

Hi,
I am going to be replacing the battery in my MY2001 X308 XJR at the weekend, is it just a case of swapping them over and re entering the radio code, or is there anything else that needs to be done or reset ?. It has the OEM NAV, phone and alarm etc.

Assuming my std 308 behaves in the same way as your R, it's just a case of re-entering the radio code.

I had a loose earth strap that lost me all power.
Reconnected it properly, entered the radio code and everything was tickity boo.

Don't lock your keys in the boot by accident - make sure your key will open the boot using the lock as sometimes they seize - another thread on here somewhere.. I think it's advised to disconnect and reattach the negative first to reduce the risk of short circuit
