Not specificaly like that no. I have seen one that is a giant hoop that you bolt all four wheels to and you can roll it like a huge barrel. Lots of hot rodders use them while restoring old cars.

They look like a good idea and I considered buying one many years ago to restore an old Jag. The problem is you need so much space to use one. Unless you have a high roof in a double garage you have to work outside. When you fit it to the wheel hubs and roll it on its side it has moved sideways by almost another car width which means you need at least a double width drive to work on.
The other downside is the number of passers by who would stop to discuss how clever/dangerous/expensive/etc and where does all the petrol/oil/water go.

I made one of those to rebuild a mini once. Cost me about 40 quid in steel, piece of cake.
