Was it just me that was cringing at watching those hyper-active nutters on last night's Apprentice show being let loose on all those supercars. They were washing showroom Ferraris and black Bentley with a bucket and sponge as quick as possible with know idea what they were doing, they did not even know how a jet wash worked. They thought there was already water inside it.

And the blokes weren't much better at Addison Lee cab firm washing a fleet of black cars, you saw one guy drop a sponge on the conrete and then just picking it up and carrying on.

Can't believe they let me loose on their cars

I hate Alan Sugar with a passion so i don't watch it anyway. But there was no way i was watching it last night with that on there as i know i'd have thrown something at the tv.

I somehow doubt that the 'ego's' who make that programme know much about the art of detailing, and the poor fools who partake in the programme know even less.

Why don't the researchers within the BBC and there are hundreds actually do what we the tax payer pay them to do....research?

For fun do a little bakground reading on Mr Sugar...he wouldn't do very well in the Dragon's Den!!

Like Mr Sugar or not,

Still done pretty good for a chap who sold aerials out the back of a van. I've Never had any respect for those millionairs who were born with a silver spoon in their mouth and then growing up to take on dad/moms fortunes,

If they stuck any old 'born rich end up rich' business man in there, he would probably be a boring old toff!

I'm sure that's very true. To be fair though, no-one on the programme said detailing, just washing cars.

The one in the wrong surely was the showroom owner who let it happen on prestige motors; that was the unbelievable bit.

Maybe behind the scenes they were all promised full professional corrections in return for their help with the show?
