The Midget is dead set on introducing medals for the 2010 season, but on what grounds?
The Midget feels that when you watch athletes racing on a track the guy who crosses the line first is the winner! Does he not realise that F1 is not just one race, its a season of races - it just does not add up.
Another point to consider, which blows the Midget's idea out of the water, at a major event such as the World Championships of Olympics, athletes have to compete in several rounds. So in fact you could have athlete A + B competing, A is happy running for second in all their heats, while B wants to win every heat. In the final, A wins the race and B comes in 2. So the guy who won the most heats does not get the Gold, it is the one who ran conservatively, doing just enough, keeping everything for the final.
Sorry Midget but your theory has just been blown out of the water. Why don't you FECK OFF and worry about your broken marriage and maybe book a session with The Spanker, while you leave the rest of us to look forward to a great season of F1!!!!!!!!!
