Croft - Tomorrow
Discussion
Despite Jim Clark and Barcroft being high speed, Croft is very much a handling circuit not a power circuit. Concentrate on your lines, precision is key to a good lap time there. If you get the car set up right you can go giant-killing. My track day V8S was faster over a lap then a turbo race tasmin head to head .. the turbo car had 100hp more but just understeered off the track at Sunny Out trying to keep ahead .. like I say : handling and precise driving deliver great rewards at Croft

Well we both survived intact, I'm still grinning this morning
I understand what you mean with the setup, I had an oversteer problem, especially noticable on Tower Bend and Complex 2 so we've a bit to do in the next three weeks but overall I was well pleased.Kerberos said:

The exit of the complex is important if you don't want to get taken down the pit straight. it's easy to spin your grip away, accurate throttle control is essential if you have a powerful car here, in a tasmin you would want to try diferent lines and datalog it to see what got you the highest exit speed or you'll be a sitting duck on the straight..
