High Mileage on 4.2 Mazzer Engine

Looking for some real-life experience of any high mileage owners.

I.E. does it stand up to 100k or does it start to cause problems earlier and how does wear effect the performance etc.

At that mileage your biggest problem will be resale value(if you intend to sell that is).
