If anybody is looking for a rebuilt speed six engine, Dream Machines have one for sale on fleabay for £2995.00 o miles still in the box and rebuilt by str8.

Never understood why that didn't sell considering a full rebuild costs circa 7k.

But if it's just had a rebuild by Str8 6 then surely they must warranty their work? From what I can recall the engine has never been back in a car since the rebuild so you'd expect it to be perfect???

If Jason built the engine for you then yes.
He built in maybe for a trade deal with little profit so I would not expect it to have any warrenty from him.
I could be wrong but I would be amazed if there was any warrenty.
Put it this way if he aggreed to a 2 year warrenty when it was fitted I'll buy it tomorrow and store it till needed.

Warrenty has to be linked insome way to profit, Power do this by insisting you have the car serviced buy them they can then check it themselves for any issues and they know that over a 5 year warrenty period they will service you car and being in x amount of revenue simple really.

Actually you can have your rebuilt speed six serviced at several garages around the uk that are authorised to by Dom / Power

Not if you have a 4.3 with 5 years warrenty (That came from the horses mouth & I don't have a problem with it)

That's not what Dom told me last month when I went to see him !!!!!!!

No need to shout and i asked him when i had mine done and he said he would prefer it to be serviced at Power but as he has written himself on the speed 6 forum certain other outlets will be allowed to service them.
