My ex-boss is an "old school" magistrates and he told me that he can tell if someone is guilty before they have even entered the room because of their name - basically if you're called (and I quote) Dean, Wayne, Jordan, Dwayne, Ryan, Jason..." there were a load he reeled off - you're fked.
