Caramel chilli steak

Has anyone tried the following:

Im tempted to give it a crack tonight but wanted to hear opinions first! Think I will leave out the chilli jam and carrots though.. Just do the glazed steak with some chips. Unless that may be too dry?

Not tried it, but everything sounds very sweet. I think I'd lose the honeyed carrots and dip your chips in the chilli jam.
