Actual GP start time GMT

Mate, I got in at 130 last night and was up at 5, let me tell you I was not fancying it but 2 tea bags in a cup and at least I was awake!
To my understanding, the race begins at 7 UK time. The prog starts at 6 UK time. These times are BST meaning if you are using your watch as it is, its 6 and 5 respectively.
So far as I can see, the easiest way is to put your clock forwards one hour and then set it according ot the TV guide - job done.
I have that and then off to the aiport and back to work, hooray!!

Right it is now 20:42.
In a few hours the clocks will go forward.
If you don't change your clocks then the BBC prog will start at 5am and the race will start at 6am.
If you change your clocks or they change automatically then the BBC prog will start at 6am and the race will start at 7am.
I think the above is right but please don't rely on me getting it right!

BBC starts at 6am in the morning but do we have a definite time for th actual start of the race. I'm out tonight on the beer and want to get up to see the start so every last minute of sleep will be required !
