I watch this last night on DVD and thouroughly enjoyed it. It's not a fast paced film but has humour and a good topic which was handled well.

Clint plays a Victor Meldrew style, bigoted old Korean war vet who has just lost his wife and doesn't get on with his two sons who have their own families. He lives in an area which is becoming an oriental immigrant area, mush to his annoyance, yet befriends the Oriental family next door quite by accident, after an incident. It's not going to win an oscar but it's a nice story and I found it enjoyable.

Shame to see Clint so old looking though, still I guess we all have it coming.

Superb film, saw it at the cinema. Surprised it's on DVD already - not strictly legal perhaps?

Really enjoyed this movie. Old "clitty clint" is doing well for his age and can still strut his stuff on the screeens.

I work in Baghdad and as in most countries like this place you can get pretty much any DVD including box sets, you like. The copyright law isn't quite enforced as much.

I've just got a Steve McQueen box set, with every film he's done for $23 ! Good copies too.

Watched it last night, and liked it. Some great dialogue, and a clever ending.

He is looking older, but considering he's nearly 80 he could be a lot worse.

guess the guy with the dvd got it off the net and burnt to DVD ?

The Mongs made me titter - but simple things etc etc...

Great film. Fans of Dirty Harry will be disappointed.

I'd take it as a big compliment.

Though, without wanting to burst your bubble, I think he's pretty much like most people on PH!

You're probably inadvertantly financing Al-Qaeda.
