froggie let me have the last six digits of your car and i will get you colour and code, there are 24 standard colours and loads of what they call special colours, touch ups can be ordered from your dealer or specialist which are usually stocked the special colours can take upto two weeks to get,

I love the Vanq. But are they Khan wheels?

Ah that's the way to do it, thank you for the link. I Will have to take a look at the chassis no tomorrow as to get the paint code,so many blacks.
My dilemma at the moment is what style and color wheels to buy to emphasize their with and look butch without spending too much money (dare i say it? due to the resale value of the car) not that i intend to sell it.

Its gof Khan wheels and Khan side vents. The Vanq, like all Astone only ever had one strake per side through the side vent.

Oh, and the brake discs are rusty. There is a very simple cure for this.

1) Insert key
2) Press start button, engage gear
3) When tank is empty, refill, then turn around and head home.

That should solve the problem!

Yep (you missed the lowered suspension ).I have just brought her in to the light after being stored since i bought her as Ive been working away, a splash of paint here and there , a new set of wheels (I'm open to suggestions) mot and I'm away. pity i had to take a transit van to and from Milan last week, the alps would of been so cool in the Vanquish especially those tunnels when on song.

those wheels actually look great, I dont care what anyone else says, they might be khan but if they said "volk" on the side everyone would love them.

The alloys are growing on me but just don't look WIDE and BUTCH, Ive never been a fan of flat or convex spokes.
The Kahn interior on Kahn`s website is absolutely lush with the stitching and covered radio surround topped of with red and the steering wheel, and is very reasonably priced, It is high priority on my wish list so is the Hammon kit but dare i put a German kit on an Aston and boy do they know how to over charge worsened by the current exchange rate

Just leave it alone - it looks fine standard. Get works to install the updated dash and manual box if you are that concerned?
