How long until the Baileys goes off now that I have opened a bottle?

It has cream in it so I assume it goes off?

Do we actually have to know the answer, or can we guess and then you can try it and then post who was right?

All alcohol goes off in you don't finish it the same night. Thought everyone knew that wink

I have tasted Baileys from a NEW bottle and I think it's off to start with.

The only way to rink it, if you must, is 50/50 with either a whisky liquer like Glayva or with a sweet malt (Macallan 10, Cardhu, Ardmore QC) or a blend like teachers.

Of course, I'd never advocate wasting perfectly good whisky with Baileys though... hehe

My missus likes it - the only reason for a bottle in the house!

I quite like it on it's own! biggrin

The only Scotch I have in is Dalwhinnie, and there is no way I would even think about mixing it with anything!
