It something I need to calculate too. I'm no suspension expert, but something you will need to know is the front to rear weight bias as well as the overall weight. As the jago has a proper chassis, try jacking it up at different places along the chassis leg until you lift both wheels equally. That will give you your approximate weight distribution. Remember that you need to be in it at the time, which could problematic!
As you need to go to a weighbridge to get the overall weight, an easier way may be to weigh the car with driver first, then push/drive the car onto the weighbridge (with you in the driving position) until you see half the overall weight registering on the readout. Mark the edge of the weighbridge with some tape on the sill and go home and work out at what percentage of the length that point is. A few calculations from there will work out your front to rear weight distribution.
You may need to bribe the operator for this one as they're traditionally miserable gits.

Thanks for the reply.
When john sleath weighed my jeep it was 980 kg no driver and 1060 kg with him and it was around 49% to 50% on each wheel when it has the rover in now it is going to be around 200kg heavier on the front end with my new motor :/

hmm, methinks that 200kg may not be able to help keep the front wheels on the ground....
