I don't see it as an either / or situation. There's no harm in doing both, the more pressure groups, the more voices, the more people will take note.

Except that there will be many different groups and organisations all tryign to do prety much the same thing.

Why not combine and all work together towards the same objective?

The problem, as I see it, is that the ABD is too pro-car to the exclusion of all else. My membership has now lapsed.

Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere - are there any plans for car stickers with the SAFER logo and motto? Certainly be a good way of "spreading the word".

Already in progress, however what we cant work out is what price to aim them at, any money coming in from them would be useful to cover hosting, admin, graham and mines phone bills, postal address etc etc etc, but at the same time we want to do them as cheap as poss, waiting for quotes on the printing at the moment

Excellent idea hornet and in fact Patrick (dontlift) suggested it just the other day. Need to get the web site fully finished yet and see how the press take to this before we progress that though.

As a rule I don't put stickers on my car, but I would make an exception for this one, good idea
