Recording Virgin + onto DVD

Does anyone know if its possible to connect the Virgin + box to the pc to record the content of the HDD element onto DVD, i know its possible to connect it to a standalone DVD recorder but I dont know if its possible to do it via the PC, if anyone knows then i would be gratefull in finding out how.
