Lamborghini Diablo door lights

Can anyone tell me what car they come off? they are red, 1-2 inch square, and go at the end of the inside door handle, ive lost one and cant for the life of me remember which car I got them from, Lancia or Alfa I think but not sure, any help would be grateful
