I have tried a search in this forum but sadly to no avail so I’m hoping our friendly Le Mans correspondent Low drag might come along to assist. We have a party of 20 booked onto Maison Blanche and we are looking for a nice restaurant for the Friday night. A number of our group stumbled upon one which was really close to the track last year Might even have been over it. Sadly we don’t have the details of this one so if your reading Mr Low drag please can you PM the details to me or others which are close to the track and come with your approval.

"Near the track" Huh? Mmmm - can't frankly think where that might be at the moment but it has to be due north into town I guess. If going by car then there are a number. Can you give me any clues? I know of plenty of good restaurants around here but it depends whether you are walking or driving. One highly recommended at Moncé en Blein is Les Belinois but you need to book. Road to Arnage and then it's signposted. Mind you, there are plent in arnage too. The dearest and best some say is the Auberberge de Matfeux just south of Arnage. Anyway, give me some clues as to price etc. and I'll try to help.

Hello Low Drag

We wouldnt be adverse to a drive and would probably cap it at €60 per head. Food wise we are not to fussed on the genre but traditional French would be nice.
