Hello,

I need to get in touch with a senior member of the Provident Insurance company. Where would I be able to find this information?

Many thanks

MODS - Please don't remove this one - I am not saying anything derogatory about them, just after some contact details.

it'd still be read by his/her secretary regardless, and then filtered down to monkeys.

Send a letter.

(so it can be forwarded down to more monkeys)

Amazing, thanks very much chaps, just what I needed.

They don't always get filtered down to monkeys - Last year I had a BIG problems with BT, so e-mailed Ian Livingstone (MD). Within 10 minutes of sending the email his secretary had phoned me and sorted everything out. This was after trying to get it sorted for about 9 weeks previously!

You've done well if you can get a senior member of upper management at a big company to dignify you with a response period, let alone one from one of his minions.
