My S2 is a daily driver - cold dark mornings = heater + fan + lights + radio (ok - slightly less necessary..) - causes the Volts to drop to a very low level (off the bottom of the scale) - yet when the revs hit 2k this comes right back up again.
2 questions:
1) is this normal? - (the old 'they all do that sir'...)
2) is it bad to rev to 2k from cold?

There was a similar thread a couple of weeks ago where Pete Humphries gave an excellent explaination as to why this happens.
