I think one April Fool's story, and one 'silly story' that would have been funny whatever the date.

My Car is in Paul Stubbins' workshop, nice and safe thanks.

Actually I was trying to pay you guys a compliment, as I thought you normally had nice cars.

But good luck with it anyway

That was my pick for the April Fools story - why carve them out of wood? If you were really doing that I'd expect it to be all CAD, if you need a starting point then digitise a BAE head. Just looked to me like a nifty box to protect the spare (headless) engine.

I'm sure you meant well but read that again and you'll see why it came across so bad. Besides, the trick to building a nice car is to put in a lot of work so don't judge it until it rolls out of their workshop again :-)

Dave, think I read it wrong for sure. Like Martin says.

Believe me the car will be totally different. New headers, new bodywork, new fuel tank, new alloy rad, rebuilt motor with lots of fabricated dress up parts, new seat, new paint, updated chassis, refurbished wheels front and back, new steering wheel and levers etc etc etc

Will be a nice little car for him to learn in.
