530d fuel system, 2002

hiya all,
car stopped like the handbrake was on.
would not start,
computer said FUEL INJ SYSTEM,
took it to the garage were they diagnosed
the fault as pre supply pump,
is this the fuel pump or something before it.

is the fuel pump located under the passenger seat.

under the passenger floor behind plastic trims (outside)...you may also want to replace the fuel pump relay as they are prone to failure also- green cap and its under/behind glove box...remove trim under glove box and look up, easy to get at
