Do your ears and nose stop growing?

Do your ears and nose stop growing or is it just a myth?

If they never stop growing, what is the evolutionary reason for this.

My theory is that as your hearing deteriorates , you need a bigger funnel in which to counteract the deafness.

I cannot think of one for the nose unless its simply to give you more adjustable range on your spectacles.

I always thought that your nose and ears kept growing slowly. Look at Prince Charles.

At a guess, I would say that their continued growth doesn't benefit you as such. But it's probably a because they're largely made of soft tissue like collagen which doesn't grow like normal tissue(probably why things like cauliflower ear can happen?).

But I'm no expert and my nose is getting bigger.
