Rattle - Rear Window

Got a rattle coming from the rear window. Sounds like metal to glass, no obvious scuffing anywhere. Cant work out what's causing it. Any suggestions? Thanks. BB

Latch is probably loose. Does it make a noise or move if you push it up and down when closed? Easy job to adjust with an Allen key.

Yes it does slightly. Feels firm, but when you push a bit harder you can hear the rattle.
Where does it need adjusting? On the fixture attached to the window or the lock itself?

Mine was the bit attached to the window itself. It is basically just a bolt with an allen slot in the end.

If that doesn't cure it, sometimes the latch pin (attached to the window) needs sleeving with a bit of hose or heat shrink...
