What points if the diffuser is banned?

SO has anyone given the time to work out who would get the points if all the points given if the diffuser is banned?

The FIA have already declared the diffuser's legal.
The stewards at the Australian Grand Prix have declared the diffuser's legal.
The stewards at the Malaysian GP have declared the diffuser's legal.
Ross Brawn has revealed that he proposed modifying the rules to ensure that proper limits were introduced on areas teams could exploit, and was turned down by the other teams.

So it's very much looking like the teams that don't have the trick diffuser haven't got a leg to stand on.
