Fiesta washer jets problem.....help

Hi all, my sister has a 2002 Fiesta and the washer fluid just doesn't come out now. It emptied out and she topped it up a few days later now nothing is coming out. There is no noise from the jets and they don't seem blocked. What could be the problem? Any help greatly appreciated.

Check the motor on the bottle, if no noise then the pump isnt working

& if the motor works check the pipe hasn't popped off the pump-common problem.
