i wrote a letter to my chief constable, "complaining" about the polices response to a spate of incidents regarding my dads business. (damage and thefts).
this morning the area commander rang up, and went through each incident putting the polices side of events, on the table.
what can i say, but what a nice guy!! he even cracked a couple of jokes about scameras!!
totally put me at ease about initiatives regarding theft etc in my area!!
he has restored some faith in the police, on my part and we need more BiB like this.
take note tim/madant.
well done

What an excellent arguement. I asked my skipper if I could get a job sitting behind a desk cuffing complaints. He told me to bog off. I then showed him your post and explained that the public "need more BiB like this", rather than front line go-getters. He told me to bog off again
How can I be expected to fufil my duties with supervision so out of touch with the needs of society??
