Have you got any of the red number 80 car from the Ginetta Juniors. I know Tom who was driving it. It was his first race after moving up from carts and he had a good 8th place after starting lower down on the grid. If not no problems as I home to get along to a few events to get some myself.

I do. Unfortunatley they aren't the best shots i've ever taken.

Cracking shots guys.

Can I ask: peterat.. and Andye.. where were you on the circuit and what kit were you using, please?

Thanks,
Scott

Mine were taken from the inside of druids (shots 1,2 and 6) and the out side of Clark Curve just next to where the gp circuit returns to meet the indy circuit (shots 3,4 and 5)

I'm using a canon 10D with a cheap canon 75-300 lense, hope to upgrade soon but seam to have a long list of hbbies and not much cash!

Also looking at using the RAW format once I can get some software to edit it sorted out as a friend tried it for the fist time at the european rally cross and recomended giving it a go.

Thanks Andy.

There are free RAW editors out there for you to experiment with.

Canons own raw editor ships free with the cameras (DPP) or you can try:

Raw Therapee (THe Experimental RAw Photo Editor) - rated highly by some
Able Rawer
XDepth Raw Converter

However, I haven't used any of these.

Hi mate.

I was using a 30D/5DMk1 and a 70-200mm f2.8 L. Was also using a 2x convertor for some of the shots.

I was all over the track. Mainly in the middle of clearways over the bridge and inside of druids.
