Anyone else watching this?

The S3 accident is horrific, from what they've described sounds like neither were wearing seat belts.

If the P&P was still open you could have posted it there, where you would no doubt have lots of replies by now!

I can't say it's a shame. Guy was just relesed from prison, broke in to a house at night stole a sports car, drove it without seat belt, rolled it and knocked his head off. No loss except to his Mum.

Plus driving while drunk.

Some people deserve all they get! Sounds harsh, but the truth sometimes hurts.

No great loss, think the chap who owned the car summed it up quite well. Nice work by the criminal accomplice, leaving his dead mate on the road. He'll get a good shoeing when he gets out, by angry valley 'roiders I imagine.

Did like that laser profiler though! Quite impressive.

yes

Anything that helps collect more information about a scene quicker will be a good bit of kit for plod to have.

How come they had every RTU on scene?

I've no sympathy for the S3 crasher and I can't believe that Rover cab was ever worth 10k!

Ive just been looking on Audi Sport and the S3 owners insurance co wouldnt pay out as the car wasnt garaged.

This is his post -

well im glad theres a little talk over this.. i happen to be ryan brown from cardiff and it was my car which was stolen september the 17 to be precise. the insurance wouldnt pay out on becuase the car wasnt in my garage overnight... it was on my drive blocking in the other cars as my parents were on holiday. the thief was from a few miles away lowlife who happend to be a menace according to the police i'll let everyone make there own mind up on him..

Makes me sick that hes been punished so harshly for someone else steeling his car and totalling it. Disgusting. Surely if it could be prooved it was garaged the majority of the time theres no reason not to pay out.

Thats awful. I hope he's taking his case to some sort of insurance ombudsman (if there is such a thing).

Earlier in the programme last night they were saying that insurance companies don't pay out if keys are taken from an unlocked house!

PLO walked right into his house through the patio door looking for him........
