Hi All,

I have been a regular reader on this forum for 18 months now and thanks to you all I have a Chimaera 500 which has given me no trouble over the last 12 months (am now touching wood!)

It is now time for me to return to my native shores and I can't bear to be separated from my baby so it comes as well

Am finalising everything now, but would like some hints from anyone that can recommend anything I can take with it to help the mechanics back in Melbourne.

I offered David Batty a free holiday each year, which he seemed up for, but I couldn't take him away from you lot.

Am getting the fans looked at but other than that, if anyone has any hints as to what might be useful to take back with me, I would be most grateful.

I know I will be using this forum so much more in the New Year!!

Thanks for all your help.

Karman Shipping
www.karmanshipping.co.uk

They have been fantastic, loads of information, easy to deal with. Price is quite good as well.

can't offer that much help as I live in Sydney, and have only owned my Griff for 5 months, but there are a couple around..... TVR's are veery rare around here, be prepared for lots of stares.

It is rumoured that the official importer is in Melbourne...I don't know if they actually import cars still, or just get parts, but let me know if you need anything looked up locally....

Thanks for that.
I know i will get heaps of stares and the missus is already complaining that I will have a problem parking it or driving it in some places.

You do get heaps of stares over here as well, and you do get used them, but I am sure there will be more back home.

More worried about the coppers and speed cameras. Anyone in the UK that thinks they are hard done by should try and keep all their points in Melbourne particularly.
