I have sold my S2.......................!

After 7 very happy trouble free months in the S2, I have definitely got the TVR bug and have just sold my car to Adrian who I am sure will become a regular on Piston Heads, enjoy!! This was to enable me to make way for a V8S, the bodywork, chassis, wheels etc are very good. It does need a little work, carpets, new rear screen, exhaust and possibly a retrim to change interior colour, but I should have it looking good ready for Spring next year! Many thanks to 'MrSheen' for coming with me to look over the car and give advise, much appreciated mate!! Now there are two V8S's in St Neots, lets make some noise!!!

Anyone interested in a V8S leather interior in Flint colour, leather seats and vinyl from dash, tunnel & doors??? Its all in excellent condition!

Thanks, yeah nice colour and its in very nice condition outside, I am happy with it! Once I retrim it with Magnolia leather it will look better!!

I have no idea where the roll bar was fitted, think the former owner fitted it!! If you are looking for one I might be interested in selling this one, please let me know!

Will post them tomorrow, as I didnt take any!! mainly because the interior is not great, the leather and trim is in very good condition but the rear screen and carpets are a bit of a mess!!

I am sure I will enjoy it, only drove it a short distance yesterday and couldnt get the smile off my face!

Congrats on the new car it looks beautiful. I have seen 1 SV8 for all of 5 minutes. There is one, yep just 1 in Canada. At the risk of starting a war on this topic, beside V8 vs. V6 is there any difference between the cars?

As far as I am told there are a lot of differences, maybe some other more experienced V8S owner can shed more light, but it does have a different chassis (one from early Grif I am told) so it has a wider track, and also has LSD. Other differences I am not sure, can anyone add to this as I would like to know too!

Ooohhh and the noise is different too, very nice!

Thanks Richard, yeah Mirrors are much better, I figured rather than make an S2 look like an S3 why not go the whole hog and just buy a V8S??
