RL17/18" in 9-9.5" ???

You can get 10 inch made by compomotive, ask for my offset they are 18s so you need to look at the tyre profile etc, you may need to trim the inside of the outer arch, I put 265 racing tyres on, you can look up the equivalents. After that you are in to some significant bodywork, inner or outer!

8.5's on here - same as the wheels on the Autofarm RS Cayman. Not sure if they fit a cerb but as they are jap spec I think they may well do. I think these would look great on a cerb (but they are expensive).
Edited to add that I noticed the following suffix on the page:-
This product is also available with a staggered rear (wider rear wheel). Please call for further information

RL7-18" as fitted to the Cerb came in 8' and 9' widths for front and rear fittings I think both had an offset of 42mm, or it might have been 35mm
. They were superceded by the Spiders as they were prone to cracking. I have a set in the gargage I keep meaning to get shod but do not want to get rid either.
Compomotive MO6's look the dogs and are strong if slightly heavy wheel, you can get those made up to suit for around £850-£1k all round and if you want serious rubber i.e. 10" rims on the back are the way to go IMHO.

Was there ever such a thing? They no longer make this wheel but if i could track a pair down it would make a cheap upgrade set of track wheels. I have 8x17" and 8x18" at the mo but would really like wider backs.
Those 8" you had off me are normally used on the front, the others that i wanted to keep are 9",so they are out there. They both seemed to have around 40mm offset(using a tape measure),so Harrys first guess at 42mm seems right.Just how wide a tyre do you want to fit? I'm not familiar with the Cerb but you couldnt get more than 265's on the griff,so i'm guessing you know theres more room at the back of the Cerb?RichardD said:
I reckon those are image wheels. So does anyone have the 9" RL's they can sell me??

Silverstone SP12s for the Cerb are 8" fronts and 9" rears. The following is copied from an email I had from Matt at Silverstone Performance.
The SP12s are heat treated cast - very strong and perfectly suited to this application, so about 1 - 1.5kg per wheel heavier than forged, but about 60% cheaper. I can't find the exact weight data but I'm pretty sure the 8x18 fronts are around 9kg and the 9x18 rears around 9.75kg. Tyres I think you should go for are 225/40 front and 265/35 rear - ironically by going to 18" you reduce the tyre potential on the front (with 17" you can fit a 235/40 17 but the 235/40 18 won't go under the arches). The 265s on the rear normally clear ok but different manufacturers can be slightly different sizes so you may need to fettle the arches a little.
