Crossing the Line Certificate

I've got a friend who is after some certificates for her Father. He was serving on the HMS Campania on Operation Hurricane. He used to have a Crossing the Line certificate and also a certificate to show he was part of the operation with a picture of the Mushroom cloud on it.
They have got lost in a house move, and my friend was hoping to get copies/reproductions to give as a present but has had no luck in finding anything, and I thought someone on here might be able to help! Not sure if this is the right forum now, but I figured most of the Military/Navy buffs would hang around here.

I have one, not sure where the Captain or Chief got it from though. It has Neptune on it and a bit of a speach with my name on it. I'll have a spy at it tomorrow and see if there are any tell tale signs of where it came from. If not I could always try and do a high quality scan for you with my name, location and vessel blotted out.

try asking round on the Rum Ration site, it's the Naval equivalent of here. here
