Combining bracketed shots in PS elements??

Evening guys,

Could anyone explain to me, if they have time, how I would combine 2 bracketed shots in PS elements? I have no idea!

Open both, select one, Layer/Duplicate Layer and pick the other document...I *think*

Then merge down as appropriate

Havent done it for a while though
