orange saggys in the classifields

Hi, i have been looking for a saggy for a while now and noticed the 2 orange ones on here, am i missing something as there is £8,000,00 diffrence in the cars but they are the same year and about the same mileage ???
Has one got something the other has not...... Gordon...............

The more expensive one in the classifieds has had a large amount of love spent on it at TVR Power (I did a fair amount of research on it when I was in the market for one). It also has everything with it that you could want (I'm still unsure about opening the slats).

The cheaper one doesn't have so much, and the engine doesn't look chicken soup (red cam cover Vs silver).

I know I'd pay extra for the more expensive one, and not think twice.

Not quite the same condition as when it was hauled up the ramp of the recovery lorry on the way to Le Mans.

I wondered if it was (one of?) your ex's. No mention of the history though.

It would not bother me too much if the history was freely available - which I have to assume the seller will make available, if cognisant of it.

I knew the photographic history so wasn't interested and didn't therefore test anyones honesty.

Ok. That explains the price. But why doesn't the ad say so? Isn't there an obligation on the seller to declare that it's a write off?

If he's asked he has to tell the truth, if he's not asked he doesn't have to volunteer that information.

I looked at this car and the current owner seemed surprised when i TxT him that it had been a write off!
Was informed by the Dealer that last serviced it & also found this on Sagaris Register v4

That is still a damn painful picture to see. It was a friend driving it at the time, and was my first Sag - a really good car too.
