Hi everyone, this is an invite to you all to the third Retro Custom and Classic Show at Merrist Wood, near Guildford.
17th May 2009
The aim of the show is “fun” and is aimed at bringing all car enthusiasts together, including Air-cooled VWs, American Muscle, British and Euro Classics, Custom, Rods, Historical Military and more.
At the show you will find one of the best gatherings and examples of automotive style, engineering and culture anywhere.

Merrist Wood House
The Show is set in the 400 acre grounds of the listed Merrist Wood House, located just 3 miles from Guildford town centre.

Lots to See and Do
As the event is part of the Merrist Wood Summer Show it’s also an excellent opportunity for all the family to have a great day out too!
Check out just some of the things to see and do, including;
Fun Fair, Helicopter rides, Craft displays and Exhibits Ray Prior Falconry display Portsmouth Area VCC Field Gun Display (new) Adams Axemen (new) Gus Dermondy Sheepdog Display (new this year) French market (new this year), exotic animals, Refreshments and licenced bars.
We will keep on adding more to the list so don’t forget to check back
regularly.
Camping is FREE for Saturday night*
Tents and Campers are welcome
Make this year more of an event and camp over
Shower facilities are available
Please email to book a space in advance and for more details.
We are a dog friendly show - after all they are part of the family! Please keep them on leads.
Show starts / opens: 10am
Show finishes: 5pm
£5 per exhibiting Retro, Custom or Classic vehicle - includes all occupants.

I went to this last year.Good day out for all the family.Family was happy as it wasnt just for the cars.

With the Pistonheads Dunsfold meet on the saturday before, why not make a weekend of it, and camp over at Merrist Wood, and enjoy the show on Sunday.

This is the 2nd Forum I have seen this show advertised on WITHOUT A DATE!
Following the link, I now know this is on Sunday 17th May. Sorted

Don't forget, you can camp for FREE on Saturday night!
and
its only £5 to get in - this includes all the occupants of the car/bus/bike/tank - whatever your bringing!!
The line up so far is looking like a killer - club stands especially! And Trophies / Prizes are also something that you will really want and be proud of!! Somthing a little different from the norm
So if thats your thing - get polishing
