Morning all
Some good comments have been posted recently about the forum split and they raise some good points. As a result of this we'll make a few changes this morning and will re- order the forums as follows. We will also condense the overall number of forums to make them easier to use.
Thanks to those of you who have made useful suggestions
All new P&P sub forums will be listed alphabetically.
The Pie & Piston archive will also move alongside 'The Lounge' for ease of use.
We will merge News and Politics to create News, Politics and Economics
We will merge music with TV and Films to create TV, Films and Music
Jobs will become Jobs and Employment Matters
Air, Sea & Land will combine with Boats, boats, boats to become Boats, Planes and Trains
Homes, Gardens & DIY will become Homes, Property & Finance
Changes should be live very soon.....

I can still see the possibility for confusion:
Economics:
"The management of private or domestic finances"
or
"The branch of knowledge (now regarded as one of the social sciences) that deals with the production, distribution, consumption, and transfer of wealth; the application of this discipline to a particular sphere; (also) the condition of a state, etc., as regards material prosperity; the financial considerations attaching to a particular activity, commodity, etc"
Finance:
"The management of money, esp. public money; the science which concerns itself with the levying and application of revenue in a state, corporation, etc"
or
"The pecuniary resources, a. primarily, of a sovereign or state; b. transf. of a company or an individual"

+1 I think I agree with the above point, didn't really bother to read it thoroughly though.Economics:
